1Xtra has announced the new voice of its weekday lunchtime show.Max (Maxine Akhtar) — who joined the urban music station last December — will take over from current host Nesha, who is leaving at the end of next week.
Max has recently stood in for several presenters on the network. She previously presented the MTV show, Total Request Live.
