The BBC has confirmed that Jeremy Vine will continue presenting the Radio 2 lunchtime discussion slot when he becomes the new presenter of BBC1's Panorama in the new year.Vine was announced this week as the main presenter of BBC1's flagship current affairs programme when it moves to a new Monday 8.30pm slot from January.
